Varianta mic dejun sau dulce sanatos. Clatite cu mousse de ciocolata.
Ingrediente clatite : 1 ou, 100 ml lapte vegetal, 1 lingurita xylitol, 50 gr faina ovaz.
Mousse de ciocolata : 1 banana, 1 avocado mic bine copt, 2 lingurite pudra roscove, 2 lingurite xylitol, 1 lingurita esenta vanilie – Se blendeaza.
